Davi Russo was born in New York City in 1978 and studied film editing at the School of Visual Arts and is currently working as a photographer and director. He shot the end title photomontage sequence to the Oscar nominated film, Blue Valentine, and most recently directed the hour long documentary, Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside. Russo self published his first monograph, Just a Mouthful (2006) and has exhibited work at 798 Gallery, Beijing; Diesel Gallery, Hong Kong; and Bryce Wolkowitz Gallery, New York. Turns (2011) his second self published monograph, will be released in conjunction with his first solo exhibition at Munch Gallery.
