To make this sweet treat, hit up your local Japanese market and buy a butter pound cake (American butter pound cakes are too sweet), a quart of strawberries, heavy cream, and some powdered sugar. The only prepping you have to do is to whip up the fresh cream and slice strawberries. Everything else is pretty self explanatory. In between store bought and home made, this strawberry pound cake was quite the hit with our pals.
