From Crust to Dust: A Pie Theory Lecture + Practicum

December Artist in Residence and pie afficionado Joshua Beckman has arranged a Pie Theory Lecture and Practicum this Saturday night.
The night starts with a Pie-making Primer, where guest Master Pie-maker Jen Bervin and Apprentice Pie-maker Joshua Beckman will demonstrate introductory pie-making techniques. Then enjoy a lecture on the theory and history of pies, to be followed by an audience participation pie-eating demonstration.
