An Inconvenient Truth and Beyond: A Plan for Action
A post-election climate change presentation followed by a panel discussion focusing on new federal, state and local advocacy efforts that you can take part in.
On Wednesday November 12 at 6:30pm, Congregation B'nai Jeshurun, Manhattan Community Board 7, New York State Senator Eric Schneiderman, and Environmental Advocates of New York will sponsor a post-election climate change event for New York City residents. An Inconvenient Truth and Beyond: A Plan for Action will feature a presentation by climate change expert, Paul Reale, followed by a panel discussion with environmental advocates. The panel will focus on efforts to pass climate change legislation in both the state and federal government after this month's historic elections.
