Sigur Ros Loves Ryan McGinley

I was surprised to see photographer Ryan McGinley's work titled, "Tree #3, 2003" in a Sigur Ros email announcement that hit my inbox earlier today. Another McGinley work is also embedded in the band's widget under the photo tab. The note says to tune in for a band announcement next Tuesday, the 27th of May (noon UK, 7:00 am EDT). I wonder what kind of collaboration the two might've mustered up. Maybe McGinley's providing album artwork? Dunno and don't really care. Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be interesting!
