Dakota Restaurant Dinner
One of the perks of doing what I do are the business dinners that I am sometimes invited to. If it weren't for these mind-meeting-meals, I'd be 12 pounds lighter but deprived of some really lovely dining experiences. I've been to the Dakota Restaurant at The Hotel Roosevelt twice now and I can confidently confirm that they serve the best Classic Caesar salad (request the anchovies) in town. And although I am not 100% certain, I'm pretty sure I ordered the Creekstone Prime Ribeye steak. When my plate was brought out, I was shocked by the slab's sheer size. It was bigger than most of the other meats on the table and I worked hard to eat it all. The perfectly seasoned and grilled steak tasted absolutely amazing.
I left the Dakota happy to have "worked" another late night and highly recommend that the next time you are craving something decadent, dine here.
