
Our dear friends John and Takako invited us over for some Japanese home-cooking. I had no idea that they were going to prepare one of my all time favorite dishes -- okonomiyaki, a pan-fried Asian crepe/pancake/cabbage cake. Look at this masterpiece. It only looked like this for a couple of minutes (before we tore into it). If only I could recreate this dish at home! Yum, nom, nom, nom!
