I haven't been to Santa Monica's premiere tourist trap, the Third Street Promenade on a weekend night in ages. After running a few errands, Silvio and I and found ourselves smack dab in the middle of some seriously surreal chaos. Next time you want to go to the circus, just hit this place. They've got ringside entertainment, walking zombies, teenagers gone wild, and plenty of clowns!
