LOS ANGELES, CA - MTV's“THE REALITY SHOW”- Where contestants from all over America showcase their homegrown episodes in front of a panel of judges and vie for the ultimate prize: Their own reality show on MTV.

Here's how the process will work:
· You make a home video, showing us a “mini tour” of your life, and the elements from your life that could be turned into a reality show. You also need to fill out our application, which can be found at www.therealityshow.tv.
· Then, your home video will be shown to the casting director and executive producers.
· If the Network decides to cast you as a finalist, the producers of the show would work with you to make a professional version of the show you sent in on home video. They would send a crew out to wherever your show would take place (in the U.S.A.), and film you doing whatever it is you do (that is safe and legal!). They would get enough footage to make several short episodes.
· You will “screen” your episode in front of a panel of judges, who will comment and then hand the voting over to America to decide which episodes they want to see more of. Each week, someone’s episode get “cancelled” leaving one person at the end of the show, who wins their own 6-episode TV series on MTV.
“THE REALITY SHOW” will air this fall on MTV.
