almost every night i watch tech tv's x-play. tonight through the boob tube, i caught a glimpse of my pal, justin swinging a sword in the air playing dragon quest: sword of divine vengeance at the tokyo game show. within 10 seconds of airplay, two friends im'd to say they had seen justin on tv. they were im'ing to tell me to tivo the show. luckily, i tivo every episode. i will make a copy of the show for justin and send it to him soon.
in the past several months i've seen plenty of friends and family on tv. it started with spotting danny on the restaurant. somehow, i find comfort in seeing familiar faces in far off places. i'm beginning to wonder, how much longer, until i release the awards acceptance speech i've been practicing since i was 8. only problem is, i don't do anything worthy enough to win an award. i better get crackin'.
